Wayne and Mary Lindquist founded Wayne Lindquist & Associates, LLC, Real Estate in 1981 during one of the worst real estate markets in Portland Oregon. Working out of their home initially, Wayne and Mary began adding sales agents and associate brokers who wanted to remain with an independent company that paid well. Over the years the number of salespeople and associate brokers grew as the word spread throughout the real estate community about the generous commission split offered by the Lindquists.
